Support The Women of Mary's Place project

November 20, 2008 books for Women of Mary's Place project

Tina Marohn created and organized this non-profit artist book project The Women of Mary's Place. The intention of the project was to bring awareness to the vulnerable community of homeless women in our society. The book brings together 16 Northwest artist and as many residents of Mary's Place, a day shelter for homeless women in Seattle. A truly unique experience, this project represents how art can bring awareness and healing to our community.

Order your copy of this wonderful 50 page art book which features portraits of these women, accompanied by their story. For more information about this project, please visit the project Web site.
