Mandalas



Drawing mandalas is an activity that requires quieting the mind and listening to one's inner spirit. They help calm anxiety and allow for an outlet of deep emotions. I find them to be a tool that helps me to feel more balanced and energized. - Tina

Tina has been drawing mandalas for fifteen years, as her own personal healing and creative outlet. The technique she uses most, she adapted from Judith Cornell's book Mandala: Luminous Symbols for Healing. She has also had the privilege of teaching small and large groups on how to create mandalas for themselves and has been witness to the creative emergence of many unique and beautiful mandalas.

Tina has now expanded her mandala work beyond the colored pencil she began with, into other media such as oil, oil pastel and acrylics.
